Product description

The filter housing can be used for filtration of liquid, gas and 0.1um above particles and bacteria, with high removal rating and flow rate. It possess properties of lower absorption, no medium shedding, no leakage, acid and alkali Resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Product function

Filtration: The fluid enters the housing through the inlet and passes through the filter cartridges. As the fluid flows through the cartridges, contaminants are trapped within the filter media, allowing clean fluid to exit through the outlet.

Accumulation: Over time, contaminants accumulate within the filter cartridges, forming a layer of debris that can reduce filtration efficiency and increase pressure drop.

Replacement: When the differential pressure across the filter cartridges reaches a predetermined threshold, indicating that the cartridges are clogged, they need to be replaced.

This ensures continuous and efficient filtration.

Maintenance: The housing is designed for easy access, allowing for quick and straightforward replacement of filter cartridges. This minimizes downtime and ensures consistent filtration performance.
