For effective coagulation and flocculation in water-treatment applications requiring solid separation, DAGYEE polymer preparation units provide cost-effective automatic or manual batching of liquid and powdered polymers.

Polyelectrolyte and/or powdered type chemicals are prepared and mixed with water to be dosed to the system. These units are operated automatically, hence guarantees the continuous dosage. These equipments could be manufactured from epoxy coated, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

From single-chamber Polymer Preparation Systems to three-chamber polymer preparation systems, our solutions include compact, space-saving designs that facilitate the treatment of wastewater and more.

Polymer preparation unit principle

The integrated polymer preparation unit is mainly composed of solution tank, mixer, filter, metering pump, connecting pipe valve, bracket and other components.

The solution tank is made of high-quality stainless steel plates rolled and welded, and the upper part spans the working bridge to install the mixer.

The mixer uses a vertical motor reducer to directly drive the mixing shaft and paddle, with high power transmission efficiency.

There is a filter screen at the dosing point on the inner wall of the tank, which is easy to disassemble and clean, and a Y-shaped dosing device is installed in the pipeline to prevent obstruction of the metering pump.
